Our Pledge to BusinessesWe will assess the standards required to achieve the Only The Best award in an impartial, transparent and proportionate manner, in accordance with our policies and procedures. We will assess you again during each subsequent routine programmed inspection to determine whether you can continue to receive the award. Our DecisionsWe will inform you of our decision in writing within 28 days of application and after each programmed inspection. Should you not meet the required standards we will specify why, and the improvements you need to make. If you are unhappy with the decision you can apply to the Appeals Panel for the decision to be reviewed. Investigating ComplaintsWe will investigate all complaints about hygiene and customer service in an impartial, transparent and proportionate manner, in accordance with our policies and procedures. We will inform you of our findings, and whether we will take any further action. Should we revoke or withdraw your Only The Best award you can write to the Appeals Panel within 21 days and they will review the decision. You will be allowed to continue displaying and using the Only The Best award window stickers and logos while your appeal is in progress.
